Q: WHY DOES IT SAY I AM BANNED?
A:When we were accepting Personal Checks and also using the ACH method for payment, there were some clients who for one reason or another, did not have the funds available at the time the order was delivered.
Sometimes the client's bank did not forward the money. In these and other examples, the Pharmacy was never paid. Customer support made every effort to contact the people who had received medications but never paid for them, but for whatever reason they were never able to make contact.
If you have been banned, don't despair, you can contact us at 1-888-509-2510 where you can let them know you wish to clear your balance or show where you did pay, and you'll be able to order immediately.
Q: WHAT STATES DO YOU SHIP TO?
A: We Ship To All States Except AR, ID, KY, MS, NC, ND, NY, OH, OK, SD, VA, WY and Bethel AK. In addition, we cannot ship Tramadol to Wyoming nor can we ship Levitra to MN or NH.
Q: WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
A: We now accept payment by Credit or Debit Card and COD using Money Orders Only, (see update above).
Q: CAN I HAVE MY ORDER HELD AT USPS?
A: Yes you can. You will see an option in the order form when selecting the carrier and shipment option to leave your parcel at the facility. The local USPS office will hold it there for you, up to 14 days. We cannot ship to a PO Box, but if no one is home to meet the mail carrier, he or she will leave a note in your mailbox telling you they attempted delivery and where you can pick up your parcel.
Q: HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
A: We do our best to process all orders on the day we receive them. However, what time of day you order will have a big impact on when your order is shipped. Always allow and plan for a minimum of 24hr turn around time for orders. If you order on Monday, your order should be shipping on Tuesday. This varies according to supply and demand, there are only so many orders the pharmacy can produce in a day. If your order is taking longer, we understand your frustration. But please know that our pharmacy is working as hard as they can to get the orders out as fast as possible. Giving yourself an extra 24hrs will help you better plan ahead for your refill needs.
We use USPS to ship all of our packages. We offer Free Priority Mail delivery and you can choose the option of getting your order shipped Express Mail for a nominal $20 fee. While we do not conduct consultations on weekends or holidays, we do offer Saturday delivery on any order at no additional cost. When your order ships, USPS will deliver on Saturday at no additional fee. In other words, we make delivery 6 days a week instead of 5.
You will not see (at least initially), any option in the shopping cart to select "Saturday" delivery. But, if your order is placed Wednesday and ships Thursday using Priority 2-Day, it will arrive on Saturday.
Q: ISN'T A PHYSICAL EXAM NEEDED TO DETERMINE IF I SHOULD RECEIVE THESE MEDICATIONS?
A: The American Medical Association, effective 1 January 2006, issued a payment code permitting US physicians to claim from health insurance organisations for an online consultation.If you have had a physical exam recently and consider yourself healthy, you do not necessarily require another physical exam in order for you to obtain the medications we offer. Thousands of medical practitioners throughout the US are prescribing non controlled medications after only reviewing the patient's medical history, without a physical exam. In some cases the physician may require more information or require that a physical exam is performed. The medical factors that would prohibit a physician from prescribing these medications are discoverable through a review of the patient's medical history. There is no reason to suggest that an in-person review of this history is any more relevant than an online consultation.
Q: HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR THE CONSULTATION?
A: There is no charge for the doctor's consultation or pharmacy fee on any of our drugs. All orders are shipped 2nd-day Air for free, so all you pay for is the medication.
Q: CAN I ORDER LARGER QUANTITIES?
A: We only ship the medications in the quantity listed on the web site.
Q: HOW WILL THE PRODUCT BE PACKAGED?
A: All packages are discretely shipped in plain packaging for your privacy & security.
Q: HOW DO I REORDER?
A:You can re-order through your personal account located here or from this website. Currently, until IT updates the portal to reflect changes to shipping and payment, your private portal will redirect you here for refills. Our head pharmacist has set the reorder time limits for each drug. This limit is reviewed by our computer system every time you order.
